Q: Do I need to create an account?
A: Yes. We need an account so that we can store your compatibility questionnaire results and dating preferences to match you with the perfect singles. Also by creating an account you only have to provide you compatibility questionnaire answers and dating preferences once. So next time when you go to a singles event co-hosted by us, you don’t need to fill it out again!

Q: How often do I need to complete the compatibility questionnaire?
A: You only need to complete the compatibility questionnaire once. We save your answers when you complete the questionnaire. So next time when you go to a singles event co-hosted by us, you don’t need to fill it out again!

Q: How do I update my compatibility questionnaire answers?
A: You can go into the app and update your compatibility questionnaire answers under Account, then Questionnaire.

Q: Do you guarantee a match?
A: No. We do not guarantee a match. We’ve built our experience based on proven relationship science. We only match you with other singles who are compatible with you based on a values driven questionnaire. If you didn’t get a match this time please join us at the next event. Who knows! Your match may be just around the corner!

Q: When will I know who my match is?
A: Your host will reveal your match at the event. Timing of the reveal is determined by your host. If you are going to a mixer event, stay around and mingle and your match will be revealed to you shortly.

Q: I’ve got a match! What do I do now?
A: Congratulations! Go talk to your match! When the event ends, you have until noon the next day to connect with your match. If you choose to pass or not to make a choice (we consider that an automatic pass), we will not share your contact information with your match. If both you and your match choose to connect, it’s a mutual connection and we will share your contact with your match. What happens next is up to you. Ask them out to a coffee or a drink or cuddle some puppies.

Q: I’ve had an awful experience with someone I matched on this app and I have concern with my safety and the safety of others. How do I report them?
A: Please email support@amare.dating if you have concerns with anyone you’ve met on this app or at one of our events.
